To fix this, do the following:

• Open Chrome on your desktop, and make sure you've installed the Phone to Chrome extension (visit http://whatthedude.com/extension on your computer). Hopefully it's the last time you email yourself a link to open on your computer.
• Click on the extension logo
• Copy the ID from the Settings section of the extension into this app
• Have fun!
